How to Register
NOTE: Registration for the 2025 season is now open.
1. Complete the Registration Form.
Complete the 2025 registration form with your team’s contact information and submit the form to TCSP Admin.

2. Secure your Spot (before February 22, 2025).
Pay $500.00 for your team’s nonrefundable deposit.
Teams will not be accepted after February 22nd.
3. Pay your League Fees & Team Bond.
League fees and bonds are due March 8, 2025.
Teams who do not pay their fees in full by this date will lose their spot and deposit.
League fees for 2025 are $1,500.
Team bonds are $200.
Teams bonds are refundable at the end of each season (June/August) under two conditions 1) Your team has participated in the 2025 season 2) The bond has not been reduced due to team fines resulting from game cancellations or lost keys.
Once you have paid your nonrefundable deposit of $500 by February 22nd, your team will owe a remaining $1,200 in fees ($1000 in remaining league fees + $200 bond)- to be paid by March 8th.
Payment Methods
TCSP is currently accepting e-transfers for both team bonds/ deposits and league fees.
All e-transfers should be sent to ‘Chris Saranchuk’ [email protected]. Please remember to include your team name and contact information in the comments of the e-transfer. Please keep a receipt of the transfer for your records, as a receipt will not be provided by TCSP. If you are uncertain whether your payment has been received, please email our league with a screen shot of your etransfer.
